  5.          DareBase is a user-supportrd program (ShareWare). The concept
  6.     involved in ShareWare is simple, honest and fair. You, the user,
  7.     (and prospective customer) are given a full, working copy of the
  8.     program to try out and evaluate at your convenience. If you decide
  9.     that the program is one that is of use to you, then you are expec-
  10.     ted to register your copy by filling out the Registration Form
  11.     and returning it, along with a check for $20 (US) to Maranatha
  12.     Consulting. You will then receive by mail a registered copy of
  13.     the most current version of DareBase.

  15.          You may copy, and freely distribute the unregistered copy
  16.     of DareBase so long as you do so at no charge (a nominal charge
  17.     may be made for shipping, handling, and the cost of the disk).

  20.          Maranatha Consulting is a member of the Association of
  21.     ShareWare Professionals (ASP). ASP wants to make sure that the
  22.     ShareWare principle works for you. If you are unable to resolve
  23.     a ShareWare-related problem with an ASP member by contacting the
  24.     member directly, ASP may be able to help. The ASP Ombudsman can
  25.     help you resolve a dispute or problem with an ASP member, but does
  26.     not provide technical support for a member's products. Please write

  32.                    Why Should I Register ?

  34.          There are several good reasons to do so :

  36.          Technical Support - Tech Support is available by FAX, mail,
  37.                              or via CompuServe Mail to registered users
  38.                              for as long as the registered version is
  39.                              current, OR for a minimum of 6 months after
  40.                              registration.

  42.          Upgrade Policy - Each registered user will receive an upgrade to
  43.                           the next version for $10, and substantial dis-
  44.                           counts on future upgrades and products. (Version
  45.                           2.0 is in the works, and includes the ability to
  46.                           use most major DataBase files, as well as ODBC).

  48.          Peace of Mind - Comes from doing whats right and fair.
